• 3-stage filtering of collected materials

 

   Stage 1:  Sieve basket to protect filters (.1875" dia. holes)

   Stage 2:  Eight (8) 200 micron stainless steel pleated cartridge filters - each 20" long

   Stage 3: Eight (8) 10 micron stainless steel pleated cartridge filters - each 20" long

 

• Level probes prevent overflow in event of pump failure

 

• Mechanical float ball back-up prevents overflow in event of power loss

 

• Silos are self-draining and are provided with 4-sprayer lids for wash-down or dilution purposes

 

• Stainless mesh filter cartridges are inside-out flow to capture contaminants within

 

• Alternate micron size cartridge filters are available
